Patrick is a professional agrologist, Postharvest Technologist and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Horticulture, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. He holds a PhD in Postharvest Technology. He is a Fellow of the Ghana Institute of Horticulturists (GhIH) and member of International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) and Ghana Society of Agricultural Engineering (GSAE). Patrick is also a MASHAV, Australian, Norman Borlaug and Erasmus Mundus Fellow. He has been involved in the organization of the four All Africa Horticultural Congresses in Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria and Senegal.Patrick currently lectures in Postharvest physiology, Harvesting and handling of agricultural produce; Postharvest loss assessment; Processing and packaging technologies; Produce quality control and Machinery for agriculture and Landscaping at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
