Anthony Adjei-Twum (PhD) is a Facilities Management expert who joined the University in September 2020. Before joining the University, he had been teaching Space Planning and Management in the MSc. Facilities Management Programme of the Department of Land Economy and Qualitative Research Strategy focusing on the use of the MAXQDA Qualitative Analysis software in the PhD Business & Management programme of the KNUST School of Business. Also, Anthony Adjei-Twum (PhD) has more than twenty years lecturing experience in the area of Estate Management and Facilities Management, and Research Methods most of which occurred while he was with Kumasi Technical University. This experience includes teaching modules such as Valuation, Land Economics, Estate Management Strategy, Maintenance Management and Research Methods.Dr Anthony Adjei-Twum is also a Professional trainer in the use of one of the most widely used qualitative analysis software, MAXQDA.  Accordingly, he has facilitated a number of workshops on the use of MAXQDA software for qualitative analysis, including a collaboration with the KNUST School of Business. He was also a visiting lecturer at the Strathmore University Business School of Kenya where he taught MAXQDA qualitative analysis software through ZOOM in 2020.Due to Dr. Anthony Adjei-Twum’s expertise in facilities management, he  served on a number of committees at the Kumasi Technical University: Budget Hearing Committee, Needs Assessment Committee, Committee on Space allocation, Energy and Environmental Management Team, etc.He has also facilitated a number of workshops on facilities management related issues organised by the Greater Accra Chapter of  the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the Department of Land Economy.Anthony Adjei-Twum (PhD) is a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), USA and IFMA, Greater Accra Chapter.
